Use on a flat surface. When doing standing work, please wear sneakers or non-slip socks.
To find your default starting position on the mat, place on the floor and stand in the middle square with the 12 directly in front of the center of your body. Imagine you are the center of a clock. From there, you can follow along with the trainer’s cues.

A good concept, but the material seems flimsy and dangerously slippery. I can’t do planks on this mat because the smooth surface of the material makes my hands slide around; I have to set up a different cushioned yoga mat nearby to place my hands on for planks. Also, this mat is so thin that it’s too easy to inadvertently kick the edge of a corner out of place, or to gradually nudge one end so the mat gets all bunched up at one end, forcing me to pause the workout so I can readjust the mat and lay it flat again.
