What an innovative design. No gripping stress & you’re able to really concentrate on the particular muscle you want to work, according to the Pvolve training program you’re streaming. I did a “sample” workout and the burn was insane. So excited tfor my future results, I can already feel and see them!

I love the P.Band and how it has helped me strengthen and sculpt efficiently. The only downside is that it breaks pretty easily. After 4 months of use mine always seems to break despite following the guidelines Pvolve has given me to ensure I'm using it correctly. Maybe it's a normal lifespan for this piece of equipment. I'm not sure!

Very effective and durable for these workouts. It takes a little used to wearing on the fingers and there’s no thumb hole.

I have never experienced a workout like THIS before. The muscle burn and shaking is delicious!!

And just think....I will do this again tomorrow.

Love it so much I bought a second one for my 75 year old mother to try . She loves it too.

I've been working out 5 - 7 days per year for 30+ years now and very few workouts or pieces of equipment surprise me. While I have been using various bands on and off for a while, the addition of the attached gloves is a true game changer here. I've not felt the (good) "burn" I feel after workouts with the P.band in a long time. I've since got one for my husband so he can join me in my arm workouts. Great piece of equipment!

The level of resistance in the band is good for the burn. I like the design and it allows great stretch. I feel like the weak spots are Velcro durability and fixtures could be better designed. But customer service was great and sent a replacement for the first defective piece I received.
