Care Instructions
Always check the P.band for nicks or tears. If damaged in any way, do not use.
Always use the P.band as instructed by our trainers.
Do not overstretch the P.band.
Avoid exposing to sharp objects, rough surfaces, or excessive sunlight.
Hand wash with a soft cloth and warm soapy water. Do not use harsh chemicals.
Store in a cool, dry place.

Pband is a wonderful tool and I love it and love Pvolve. It has done wonders for my arm definition and is so effective! That said, I gave 4 stars because it broke where the band meets the hook after almost a year of use. It looked like better quality than that. I was surprised when it snapped while I was working out but I guess I was giving it a lot of use. I need to buy a new one, but when it broke I just tied a knot on my current one to reconnect it because I wanted to be able to use it anyway.

Honestly, many of the pieces from Pvolve are my favorites! However, this one I seem to use more often. This is actually a replacement for my original as it is one of my most used pieces I felt like I could use a refresh. Use the current one to take with me on the go! I just love this workout system and all the benefits of has provided me!!

I recently brought this to help build my muscles and found it easy to use. However, not having free access to some free exercises longer than what was initially provided is something to consider without having to pay a subscription. Short sharp training videos would be awesome.

Truly a game changer for my life. I started by just walking around my neighborhood with a weighted vest & pulling on this band and was blown away by the changes to my arms.
