“I had developed significant shoulder pain over the last two years, and it was getting worse. Woke me at night if I rolled over or reached for a blanket, got sharp pain if I stretched or reached in the back seat. It got bad enough that I saw my dr. who sent me for PT. Since that was yet another appointment in an already packed weekly schedule, I hadn't followed up.
