    Heavy ankle band

    Used it yesterday for the first time and I can tell today! I am going to really like this band and incorporate it with these workouts. I like that around the ankles, there is cushion and it’s comfortable to wear.

    First time and felt it working

    Easy to put on and take off. I could really feel it with the exercise I was doing the only thing and maybe because it was my first time using it, it rubbed just a little on my ankle. I might just need to tighten or loosen it. Other than that a great piece of equipment like all things pvolve!!
