    First time and felt it working

    Easy to put on and take off. I could really feel it with the exercise I was doing the only thing and maybe because it was my first time using it, it rubbed just a little on my ankle. I might just need to tighten or loosen it. Other than that a great piece of equipment like all things pvolve!!

    I am so glad that I made the decision to purchase the essentials bundle. I look forward to working out every day. With the addition of the bundle, I get in a really good workout. My balance is getting better and I feel like I’m making progress on the road to fitness. By the way, I am 68 years old and visually impaired.     New to Pvolve

    I have now used the P.ball twice while working my way through the tutorials and beginner calendar. This was exactly what I needed to get me out of a tired exercise routine that was no longer working for me at this stage of life. The P.ball was helpful with balance which I am working on improving and I could really feel my inner and outer muscles activate during the session. If you are nervous or concerned that it will be too difficult, I encourage you to try it. Modifications are always available, and I am approaching this as if I have never exercised before to really get the basics down. It feels fresh and new with many sessions to choose from.
