I absolutely couldn't do my workouts without my Precision Mat. This piece of equipment really does add that extra layer of "umph" to every PVolve class. I am so happy that I upgraded to this model (I had the original mat from long ago and had trouble with it bunching/moving around), as it is amazing how well it stays in place while using the sliders and doing more cardio-based movements. I highly recommend getting yourself a Precision Mat, especially if you want to get the most out of your PVolve workouts. This piece of equipment is a game changer!

Worth the investment
I started Pvolve about a year ago and bought a bundle of equipment that didn't include the precision mat. I finally decided to invest in the mat, and I wish I'd done it sooner.
The mat helps me ensure that I'm maximizing each angle so as to strengthen the correct muscle group and improve overall joint health and mobility. It's easy to clean and while my shoes don't slip at all while on it, the gliders move easily across it.
If you're contemplating purchasing this product, I can only say that I'm glad I did. It's improved my workouts with subtle shifts in body posture that will reap benefits in the long term.

Pvolve Mat- Game Changer!
