I don't typically sweat so I can tell this was working muscles that I needed to work. I'm in my '50s and dealing with some bad hips and after research decided this is what's going to get me in better shape and keep me walking for years to come. I love it!

The precision mat is very helpful with proper form, although it likely works best on a harder surface. I am using it in an upstairs room on a pretty thick carpet. My dog also gives it 5 stars and enjoys rolling around on it.

I'm a newbie to Pvolve. After trying a few workouts, I knew I had to get the best equipment to make the workouts more effective. Not quite a month in and I am really feel the difference with the p.bar and the p.ball. The mat is amazing!

This is by far my absolute favorite piece of all my gym equipment. It hits muscles in a different way than others and really works to sculpt and tone.

At 67 years old I needed a workout that was easier on my body. Don't be fooled, though. These bands are no joke! lol. A very challenging workout from the beginning. I started with mat work and progressed to the bands and ball this week. Hurt so good! Looking forward to adding some weight in a couple of weeks. Thanks so much!

The P.ball is my ultimate favorite equipment. All the muscles that are used with this piece of equipment is goddess tier.

Absolutely love my new P.band. The heightened resistance on a new band, ups my pvolve game.

I love the mat, gave it 4 stars because if there was a hi t of non skid on the bottom it would be perfect. Using the mat keeps you honest on those internal moves.
