I'm a raving fan. The P band is probably my favourite. My only slight issue is when you drop to the mat for a plank. I'm not sure how the instructors are flattening thier hands to the ground with the toggle at their palm. Bit painful.

For such a small piece of exercise equipment it’s pretty powerful and you can feel it right away. I have not gotten on the video yet to work with it. I have balance issues and use a walker and this helps greatly with my arms however I’m still going to buy a couple of more pieces for leg strengthening, even if you are recovering from an injury and or need muscle strengthening, this is still easy to use

The p.ball is a great idea, but it's really difficult to get on and off. The full price of the streaming is out of reach for many. Like any exercise program, one should also know their body well and modify as needed, I think that should be discussed a bit more in the intros. I do like the system though overall!

I am normally a very active (mostly cardio) 56 year old woman. Last year I had three foot surgeries which drastically changed my workout routine. I invested in PVOLVE (and myself!) and it has really helped me physically and mentally. Strength training is not something I did a lot, but since I can't run or jump right now, I had to look at a new way to think about fitness. I love the instructors, they are very down to earth. AV, Maeve, Dani and Zach are my favorites so far. They break down the movements and provide options if my foot can't do the more challenging movement. For the first time in my life, I am picking up heavy weights and not dreading it. I am still not back to my previous fitness level, but I feel much stronger and am noticing some muscle changes throughout my body. Thank you for creating a wonderful program. One day I hope to come to the West Hollywood Studio and try a class in person!
