Easy to use!
I am so glad I invested in this program. The equipment is easy to use. The exercises are easy and I can go at my own pace. The moves are easy on my older joints. I have slowly started working on my mobility first to improve my flexibility before I dive into more complex exercises. So far, I have not had any major muscle soreness nor pain since I started two weeks ago.
