TERMS & CONDITIONS 

The Offer is sponsored by Pvolve LLC, 415 W. Broadway, 2d Fl. NY, NY 10012 (the “Sponsor”). 

Pvolve’s Life Made Better Challenge (the “Life Made Better Offer”) is open to all active Pvolve members who (a) are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have otherwise reached the age of majority in their state, province, or country of residence at the time of participation; (b) formally sign up for the challenge by going to www.pvolve.com/pages/life-made-better or studio, where available,  between September 16-September 30, 11:59pm ET; and by October 14, 2024 (c) complete the required tasks applicable to the participant’s mode of participation, described below, and (d) share a social post (details below) describing how “Pvolve has made your life better” using the hashtag #LifeMadeBetter and tagging @pvolve. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child and sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside, and members of the same household, whether or not related) of Sponsor, including its parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Life Made Better Offer are NOT eligible to participate. Life Made Better Offer is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. 

OFFER PERIOD: The “Offer Period” begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 16, 2024 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on October 14, 2024.  Online registration must be completed by September 30, 2024, 11:59pm ET. The Sponsor’s website is the official time-keeping device for the Offer.  

LIFE MADE BETTER OFFER ELIGIBILITY, MODE OF PARTICIPATION: (a) Streaming – Ten (10) participants who (a) sign up online and take a total of sixteen (16) Pvolve classes (qualifying classes include streaming or live virtual studio) through Pvolve’s streaming platform (app.pvolve.com) and, (b) create and publish a social post describing how “Pvolve has made your life better” using the hashtag #LifeMadeBetter and tagging @pvolve during the Offer Period are eligible to receive a limited edition Pvolve sweatshirt (ARV: $59.99). (b) In-Studio – any in-studio participant who (a) sign up in-studio and takes a total of sixteen (16) Pvolve classes, (b) completes the Pvolve-sponsored “bingo board” of tasks, and (c) creates and publishes a social post describing how “Pvolve has made your life better” using the hashtag #LifeMadeBetter and tagging @pvolve during the Offer Period is eligible to receive one (1) jar of Pvolve’s proprietary recovery drink mix, Recovery 9 (ARV: $49.99) and are eligible to receive a limited edition Pvolve sweatshirt (ARV: $59.99). For any entrants who do not have a social media account or wish to post on social media, send an email to help@pvolve.com with the Subject Line: “How Pvolve Makes my Life Better” and tell us your story about your life has been made better by Pvolve. 

All qualifying social posts and email submissions will be reviewed and judged by Sponsor for meeting all requirements outlined above, best reflecting Pvolve’s mission, and creativity.  

Limit one (1) Life Made Better Offer per participant. Life Made Better Offers cannot be combined. All taxes and other costs and expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the participants. 

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:  By participating in this Offer, participants agree to release, hold harmless and waive any and all claims or cause of action against Sponsor and each of its parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Offer, and all of its officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) arising out of any injury, loss, or damage to person, including death, or to property due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly, to the acceptance or use/misuse of the Offer, participation in any Offer-related activity, or participation in the Offer. 

PRIVACY: Personally identifiable information that is submitted by participants as part of this Offer will be used to administer the Offer and will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (https://www.pvolve.com/pages/privacy-policy).  By participating in this Offer, a participant consents and agrees to Sponsor’s collection, use, disclosure and storage of such participant’s information for the administration of this Offer and for any purposes consistent with such privacy policy.
