Pvolve Franchisees Sign Lease for Nashville Studio, Which Will Open in 2023

April 19, 2022

New Pvolve franchisees Cynthia and Ben Hannah recently signed a lease for a studio at 810 Division St. Unit #4 in Nashville, with plans to open in 2023. The boutique fitness franchise, which is headquartered in New York and has Chicago and Los Angeles studios as well, is undergoing ambitious brick and mortar expansion, and the couple is excited to bring in-person training to Tennessee at their new location.

The new location will offer in-person classes for the brand’s leading fitness Method, in a sleek new high-rise located in the heart of the bustling The Gulch area. Situated amongst retail shops and a mixed-use environment, it’s the perfect place for a dynamic business that emphasizes the importance of movement.

The Pvolve Method focuses on functional movement, using a patented equipment line with low impact, purposeful movements designed to deliver strong, sculpted bodies and improve mobility, stability, balance and posture. The brand’s goal is to help strengthen the entire body and address everyday pain, while minimizing the risk of injury associated with high-impact workouts.

The Hannahs are very fitness-oriented, and both make it a priority to do some form of exercise every day. Cynthia said she was introduced to Pvolve through a personal trainer, and quickly saw the benefits in the company’s unique approach to working out.

The Nashville-based couple started out as members, and Pvolve quickly became their favorite digital workout. Right around the time they were looking for a new business venture, they discovered the company had recently launched franchise opportunities for brick-and-mortar studios. Though neither had experience in franchising or fitness, the couple loved the brand so much that they decided to make the career leap.

Pvolve Co-founder Rachel Katzman says she is excited to introduce the brand to Nashville and hopes to inspire the community to take control of their health and wellness. “Pvolve is dedicated to providing an alternative, safe workout option that not only exercises their full bodies but also mitigates the risk of injury and chronic pain,” she said. “Bringing this brand to Nashville is going to introduce a new client base to our safe, effective workouts.”

The new Nashville location is just the latest step in the brand’s ambitious growth plans to expand nationwide.

Pvolve is disrupting the $36.6 billion fitness industry with an exercise method that sits at the intersection of fitness and physical therapy. And as the company grows and adds locations around North America, the brand is able to give its members an elevated experience, with in-person instruction, and an extensive inventory of patented equipment and merchandise.
