Just started out and nursing rotator cuff problems snd finding it very doable with videos led by approachable trainers and safe alternatives which don’t stress injuries. Definitely worth joining.

Very happy with the App - loads of amazing content - well organised within themes. I'm really enjoying using it.

Very impressed with the content. I’m an absolute beginner and find the Basic Beginner classes invaluable. All the moves are clearly explained and demonstrated with ‘accommodations’ for those of us less flexible 😃. I wanted a programme to progress into and stick with and looking at all go the content here I think I’ve found it.

I purchased the total transformation bundle which included a 6 month free streaming membership and it has been impossible to access it! I never received the email to activate it. I reached out to costumer service just to be greeted by an AI assistant. Not helpful at all to resolve it quickly. As a suggestions please send more specific instructions with the equipment so the costumer can start right away instead of spending 2 hours trying to figure it out like a printed activation code in case the technology fails. I’m already frustrated and I haven’t even started yet.

Love having the ability to do these workouts at home!

The value of this membership is worth it! Already committing to another year before my current year is due. The platform is easy to look at with a clean design and well thought out dashboard that are identical from computer/laptop to digital phone. Excellent features from the quick search engine to how well each series is designed plus the collections of series within compliment one another rather than compete. Sound quality is outstanding. Asthetic pleasing backgrounds during the workouts and complimentary music played when chosen to listen. Everything of this membership is smart and beyond excellent value.
